We are seeking a skilled leader to be the Head of Quality Assurance and to lead our team of cross-country and international Quality Assurance Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies that align with our development processes and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and establish best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential quality risks in projects early on and propose effective solutions to mitigate those risks.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the software development industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, along with experience in performance testing, security testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to senior leadership.
