Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Carlingwood Mall. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to prevent and detect crime
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to prevent and detect security breaches
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other security personnel and mall staff to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Valid Security Guard License in Ontario
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Previous experience in security or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
