Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and best practices.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a deep understanding of its features, architecture, and components.
  • Integration and Customization: Design and implement complex workflows, customizations, and integrations within Salesforce, ensuring seamless data migration and security.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging strong communication and project management skills.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • FSC Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with a deep understanding of its features, architecture, and components.
  • FSC Certification (preferably).
  • Strong experience in data modeling, data migration, and implementing data security best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, etc.) and third-party applications.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience and development frameworks (Aura, LWC).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governance, code reviews, and scalability considerations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex Salesforce environments with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
