Job SummaryThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to advance our healthcare integration initiatives;
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the health system to improve patient outcomes and experiences;
- Leading the development of innovative healthcare solutions and programs;
- Fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners to promote effective communication and collaboration;
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health);
- At least 10 years of experience in healthcare leadership or management;
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and regulations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
