Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Architect to lead our healthcare design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex healthcare projects that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design and Planning: Lead the development of architectural designs for healthcare projects, utilizing a combination of standard procedures and innovative approaches.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, interpreting their requirements, presenting design concepts, and providing updates on project progress.
  • Project Management: Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring alignment with goals and effective resource allocation.
  • Problem Solving and Innovation: Address and resolve complex design challenges using initiative, collaboration, and judgment.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect with OAA, AAA, or similar, depending on office location.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project leadership, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of architectural software such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
