We are seeking a skilled and engaging host to join our team at CBC/Radio-Canada. As a host for the afternoon radio show Dans la Mosaïque, you will be responsible for creating an entertaining and informative experience for our listeners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, conceive, and organize the program or program segments
  • Interact with guests, reporters, experts, and members of the audience
  • Conduct prepared or improvised interviews on current events
  • Promote content on our platforms and engage with the audience
  • Follow current events and maintain expertise
  • Participate in public relations and community outreach activities
  • Represent the Corporation or program in various forums
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Five years of comparable radio hosting experience or relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of issues and events particular to the GTA, Ontario, and Franco-Ontarians
  • In-depth knowledge of regional, national, and international affairs
  • Wide range of genuine interests, knowledge, and insight
  • English/French bilingualism (oral and written)
  • Engaging, curious, spontaneous, and authentic on-air personality
  • Exemplary journalistic skills, including interviewing, storytelling, and critical thinking
