Job Title: Host and Curator of Francophone Radio Content

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced host to join our team at CBC/Radio-Canada. As a host and curator of francophone radio content, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative programs that showcase the diversity and richness of francophone culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, conceive, and organize programs or program segments
* Interact with guests, reporters, experts, and members of the audience
* Conduct prepared or improvised interviews on a wide range of current events
* Promote content on our platforms and engage with the audience
* Follow current events and maintain expertise

Requirements:

* University degree or equivalent in a related field
* Five years of comparable radio hosting experience or relevant experience demonstrating knowledge of the broadcast or a related industry
* Thorough understanding of issues and events particular to the GTA, Ontario, and Franco-Ontarians
* In-depth knowledge of regional, national, and international affairs
* Wide range of genuine interests, knowledge, and insight, reflecting curiosity in many current affairs topics
