Job Title: Host Radio Show for CBC/Radio-Canada

Job Summary:

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a dynamic and experienced radio host to join our team. As a host for our afternoon radio show, you will be responsible for planning, conceiving, and organizing program segments, interacting with guests, and conducting interviews on a wide range of current events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conceive, and organize program segments
  • Interact with guests and conduct interviews
  • Promote content on our platforms
  • Follow current events and maintain expertise
  • Participate in public relations and community outreach activities

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Five years of comparable radio hosting experience
  • Thorough understanding of issues and events particular to the GTA, Ontario, and Franco-Ontarians
  • In-depth knowledge of regional, national, and international affairs
  • English/French bilingualism (oral and written)
