About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Buenos Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Read Blueprints to Determine Work Requirements
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various locations, including industrial, commercial, and residential construction sites.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Hand tools
  • Construction Specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional, as well as residential
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation required
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, reliability, and team player
