We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Automation to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge technology.

Job Summary:

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure product quality.
  • Test Script Development: Develop and maintain test scripts using Python and other automation tools.
  • System Testing: Own system testing of products and applications using automation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, to identify and resolve defects and bugs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, grooming, and planning sessions.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and perform root cause analysis for product defects.
  • Quality Standards: Develop and maintain quality standards for company products.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Python-based test automation.
  • Skills: Strong Python skills, experience with APIs, automation tools, IDE, and languages supporting software testing.
  • Tools: Experience with Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
  • Methodologies: Experience in testing life cycles, including planning, design, execution, and reporting.
  • Agile: Experience in working on projects using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in Microsoft Teams Application testing, Zoom Phone Applications testing, or related voice/video calling applications testing.
  • System Validation: Experience in system validation involving VoIP products/applications/peripherals and hybrid work solutions.
  • Unix/Linux: Professional working experience in Unix/Linux environments.
  • Docker: Knowledge of Docker containers or other VM environments.
  • Video Conferencing: Experience in applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, or other video conferencing solutions and products.
  • Call Control Protocols: Good understanding and work experience in Call control protocols, such as SIP/H.323.
  • Networking: Basics networking knowledge on computer networking systems, Hubs/Switches/Routers, TCP/IP, certificate management, IP routing, firewalls, and DNS.
