  • **Sales Floor Operations:**
    • Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety sweeps to identify and address potential hazards.
    • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor by ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • **Inventory Management:**
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Work with the inventory team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • **Communication:**
    • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales floor activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Age – 16 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
