About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can motivate and supervise a team of up to 4 staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules

Working Conditions:

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
