We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at KCKW Badminton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our badminton program, developing and implementing training and practice sessions, and motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the badminton program
  • Develop and implement training and practice sessions for athletes
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events
  • Observe and evaluate athletes' skills and performance
  • Work with athletes to develop and achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in badminton coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
Work Environment:
  • Air conditioned

Physical Demands:
