We are seeking a reliable and skilled Taxi Driver to join our team at Daughter's Trucking Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients. This includes driving a taxi, handling passenger transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a taxi to pick up and drop off passengers
- Handle passenger transactions, including collecting fares and providing change
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including regular cleaning and minor repairs
- Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles
- Provide basic tourist information to passengers
- Record transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with passengers and colleagues on a daily basis. The work schedule will include regular hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
