Key Responsibilities:

  • **Implement Behavioral Interventions:**
    • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support individuals with special needs.
    • Collaborate with behavior analysts and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of interventions.
  • **Provide Behavioral Support:**
    • Provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs in various settings, including schools and community-based programs.
    • Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • **Collect and Analyze Data:**
    • Collect and analyze data on individual behavior and progress.
    • Use data to inform behavioral interventions and make data-driven decisions.
  • **Maintain Confidentiality:**
    • Strictly adhere to confidentiality requirements and maintain the privacy of individuals served.

Requirements:

  • **Education and Certification:**
    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license.
  • **Experience:**
    • Two years of relevant experience in behavioral support services, preferably in a school or community-based setting.
  • **Skills:**
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in English language.
    • Computer proficiency.
