About the Role

As a Client Service Manager - Specialty Lines at Northbridge Financial Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every interaction with our clients is a great experience. You will be responsible for managing all operational activities related to our fronting team, including establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Managing General Agencies (MGAs), reinsurance brokers, and reinsurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other Specialty Lines staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage client and reinsurer requests to resolve questions related to the fronting portfolio.
  • Apply best business practices towards compliance, internal control, and operational risk controls for fronting programs in accordance with regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Underwriting (Property, Casualty, Fronting).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Insurance accounting principle knowledge, including earning factors, reserves, Accounts Payable and Receivables.
