Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at MEDFAR, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on outbound activities, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and analyze sales opportunities in your territory
- Establish communication with healthcare establishments to present our products
- Travel to clinics in British Columbia to meet potential clients and demonstrate our MYLE application
- Coordinate product demonstrations and collaborate with the internal team
- Ensure customer follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with the Account Executive to increase sales quotas and win rates
- Commuting to clients' offices (3-4 days per week)
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience + Commission + Company bonus + cell & car allowance
- University degree in business administration, communication, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven prospecting and market penetration experience
- Interest and passion for sales
- Determination and ease in establishing good relationships with clients
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Good knowledge and autonomy in using technologies
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of the province of British Columbia's health system (asset)
