About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Work with procurement and construction teams to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project strategy and schedule.
  • Manage cost reports and cash flow for projects, as well as the overall project schedule.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during all phases of the project, aligning with project goals and objectives, as well as risk management.
  • Make decisions throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing professional and technical expertise, to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Eligibility for membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) as an Engineer in Training (EIT), registration with APEGS as an EIT, or registration with APEGS as a P. Eng.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
