Operations Manager

BarBurrito is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
- Team Management: Support and develop the skills of our team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately accounted for.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
