- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at BarBurrito. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business goals.
- Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
