Operations Manager

At BarBurrito, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for our food and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
- Team Management: Assist in the management of the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
As an Assistant Manager at BarBurrito, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 30 hours per week.
