**Job Summary:**

East Central Alberta Catholic Schools invites applications for the position of Substitute Educational Assistant at Blessed Sacrament School.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with children with special needs under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
  • Assume the responsibilities of the educational assistants when they are absent.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with the classroom teacher, colleagues, and students.
  • Maintain and respect the confidentiality of students and school personal information.
  • Comply with and support Division and school policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and principal.

**Requirements:**

  • A recent and clean Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • A recent and clean Child and Welfare Intervention Check.
  • A valid Social Insurance Number in the current legal name.
