**Job Summary**

The East Central Alberta Catholic Schools Division is seeking a qualified Substitute Educational Assistant to support our educational team at Blessed Sacrament School. As a Substitute Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our educational programs and providing support to our students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assume the responsibilities of the educational assistant in their absence, under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with the classroom teacher, colleagues, and students to ensure a smooth learning environment.
  • Maintain and respect the confidentiality of students and school personnel information.
  • Comply with and support Division and school policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and principal.

**Requirements:**

  • Recent and clean Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Recent and clean Child and Welfare Intervention Check.
  • Valid Social Insurance Number in the current legal name.
