Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Trendwest Drilling Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and machinery.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
