Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Steelcrest Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate construction teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues on construction sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
