Construction Site Manager

At Steelcrest Construction Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in estimating costs, preparing production reports, and coordinating activities with other project supervisors or managers. They will also be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed, and for establishing methods to meet work schedules.

We are looking for a candidate who is accurate, dependable, flexible, and able to work well in a team environment. They will be responsible for training or arranging for training, and for requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and will be able to work a 40-hour week. They will be fluent in English, and will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
