Job Description- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed their expectations.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
- To lead cross-functional teams in analyzing business requirements and developing comprehensive solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, preferably with exposure to third-party vendors.
- Prior experience working with offshore personnel is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Familiarity with various programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms.
