Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to youth in our community, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress.
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops and programs to support youth in achieving their goals.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized plans to address their social, emotional, and educational needs.
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Provide administrative and office support as needed.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with youth in a social services or community development setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements.
