Academic Assistant for Marketing Course

The University of Toronto invites applications for the position of Academic Assistant for a Marketing course. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with faculty members and students in the School of Management.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong academic background in Marketing. Previous TA experience and familiarity with the course materials and supporting educational concepts are preferred. Experience in a case analysis course in management is an asset, as is professional marketing experience, especially conducting brand audits.
This role involves assisting in grading assignments, proctoring final exams, invigilating tests and exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and performing other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong written communication skills.
As an Academic Assistant at the University of Toronto, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching and administrative skills, working closely with faculty members and students in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The minimum hourly rate for this position is estimated to be $53.55 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, based on the collective agreement and past salary increments.
