About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Ambassador to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Breakfast Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our breakfast area, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an Early Riser - Arrive at work on time to set up the breakfast buffet, prepare all foods, and maintain a clean and attractive environment throughout the meal period.
- Be a Host - Provide excellent customer service, pour coffee, and assist guests as needed.
- Be a Server - Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, bus and clear tables, and break down the buffet.
- Be a Safety & Security Agent - Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, anticipate potential problems, and report to management as needed.
Requirements:
A high school education or equivalent is preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus. You must be able to work long hours if needed, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and possess the ability to multi-task, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms. Near Vision is required, and you must be able to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning. Fluency in English is a must.
