Job Title: Breakfast Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Ambassador to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Breakfast Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an Early Riser - Arrive at work on time to set up the buffet, prepare all foods, and maintain a clean and attractive breakfast area throughout the meal period.
  • Be a Host - Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, pouring coffee, answering questions, and offering a friendly smile.
  • Be a Server - Maintain a clean and organized buffet area, bus tables, and clear dishes in a timely manner.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent - Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.

Requirements:

A high school education or equivalent is preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus. You must be able to work long hours if needed and possess the ability to multitask, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
