Job Title: Breakfast Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Ambassador to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Breakfast Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our breakfast area, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an Early Riser - Arrive at work on time to set up the breakfast buffet, prepare all foods, and maintain a clean and attractive environment throughout the meal period.
  • Be a Host - Provide excellent customer service, pour coffee, help guests as needed, answer questions, and offer a friendly smile.
  • Be a Server - Maintain a clean and organized area, bus and clear tables, and break down the buffet.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent - Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, anticipate problems, and report to management as needed.

Requirements:

A high school education or equivalent is preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours if needed, exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Ability to multi-task, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly in English.
