About Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and cooking food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and stocking ingredients and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and overtime required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
