Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bombay Kitchen Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen and its equipment are clean and sanitized at all times, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas in a timely and organized manner.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, the primary language used in the kitchen.
- Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule to be determined by the kitchen management.
