We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
