About the Role

FV Interior Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of sales staff, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
