Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations.
