Job Title: Finance Analyst Intern

Haleon is a new world-leading consumer health company, and we're looking for a talented Finance Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Finance Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Finance team, ensuring revenues and expenses are properly recorded, and liabilities are adequately anticipated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all financial processes for the Customer Account Teams are compliant with Haleon policies, International Financial Reporting Standards, and government regulations.
  • Provide financial support and business partnering to assigned customer team, which will include the opportunity identification process and enable decision making on Account Teams' go-to-market approach.
  • Review spend and analyze customer net sales performance, variance to budget. Proactively identify risk and opportunity and propose mitigation plan.
  • Decision support on Net Revenue Management initiatives assessment and complete Return on Investment analysis.
  • Support a consistent monthly Customer profitability model that links Customer P&L, Brand P&L, and Company P&L views.
  • Assist Sales Finance Manager in data gathering and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Must be available for the total duration of the 12-month contract.
  • Enrolled (or graduated within last two years) in a business, accounting, or finance-related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of finance fundamentals.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of CPG industry.
  • Ability to work with multiple levels within the organization effectively and across multiple functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Administration).
  • Role requires a professional self-starter with strong organizational and trouble-shooting skills.
