Food Service Team Lead

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway Restaurant, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our operational needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as culinary genres and presentation techniques
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure we maintain quality control standards
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, and maintain accurate records of our operations
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment, working under pressure to ensure timely service and quality food
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, with regular communication and feedback
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-6 months of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
