Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure vehicles are ready with all necessary accessories when promised.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by presenting vehicles to guests, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Introduce guests to our Service, Parts, and Body Shop Departments to emphasize quality and efficiency of service operations and retail parts and accessories.
  • Follow up with guests after the sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, making our guests feel at home.
  • No prior experience in automotive sales is required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
