Job Description

As the Head of Marketing for Hypercare, you will be responsible for leading our marketing team and driving the overall marketing strategy to accelerate growth and enhance brand awareness. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B omnichannel marketing, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on demand generation, brand positioning, and market penetration.
  • Oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence and thought leadership in the healthcare technology space through strategic messaging, PR, and content creation.
  • Establish KPIs, measure marketing performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the B2B healthcare or technology sector.
  • Experience building and scaling a marketing team at a Series A to C company, ideally in the B2B healthcare space targeting medium to large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, product marketing, and brand positioning.
