GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities.

Job Summary

The Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met, and recommending additional services as needed.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

You will be working on site at our physical location, with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring and training, or arranging for the training, of cleaning staff
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers
  • Inspecting sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Recommending or arranging for additional services, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assisting cleaners in performing duties
  • Establishing work schedules
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
