Protecting What Matters Most

As a key member of our team at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing them with the right insurance solutions to ensure their peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No experience necessary, we provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000
  • 37.5 hours/week until March 30, 2025, with rotating Saturday coverage
  • Location: Surrey, BC
