Commercial Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and educate clients on insurance products
  • Take ownership of client relationships
  • Help grow our presence and profile in the local community
  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience
