  • Assembly and Finishing: Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, reinforcing joints for durability.
  • Surface Preparation: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, preparing and applying laminated plastics as needed.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
  • Repair and Restoration: Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products to meet customer specifications.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cabinetmaking or related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
