Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and expertise.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized support.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high standards.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
