Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Client focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Initiative and ability to take on new challenges.
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to maintain positive relationships.
  • Judgement and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
