Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at Kipling Group Inc.

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our Toronto head office.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of direct property management experience and be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties located in Toronto.

You will develop key relationships with client representatives and stakeholders, manage all communications, and oversee resolution of any tenant issues.

Additionally, you will perform regular inspections of the properties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and security are maintained, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

You will also oversee rectification of day-to-day property management issues, procure all third-party agreements, observe budget restrictions, and procurement guidelines, and tender/re-tender where and when required.

Furthermore, you will supervise building operations staff in the performance of their duties, coordinate and develop operating manuals for the property, attend regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and tenants, and manage/oversee both capital and construction projects.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience coordinating capital and construction projects, post-secondary education, and currently working on or completed RPA.

They will also be organized, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and be a strong team player able to work with many levels of staff and client stakeholders.
