We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Fitness Fanatics Nutrition & Supplements inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all sales floors are adequately staffed.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
