Retail Store Supervisor

At Sun Farm Produce (2007) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that all areas of the store are covered and that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and handle customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our sales floor is adequately staffed at all times.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data and other relevant information to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
